Harnden's Tree Nursery is a family-owned wholesale field grower of shade, flowering and ornamental trees located on three hundred acres in the fertile Snohomish River valley.

Our B & B trees are machine dug to order, and we strive to prepare our trees to meet your schedule. However, we have to schedule orders in a manageable way for our crew, so that our field digging is done as efficiently as possible.

Our root pruning program allows us to provide selected trees for your landscape throughout the summer. Roots are cut with our spade during dormancy, which restricts the new growth and allows them to be safely transplanted while growing. The trees are watered before digging, and must be shipped, planted, and watered immediately for optimal success.
